2. General principles

We process personal data only to the extent necessary. The legal basis is Art. 6 GDPR (consent or statutory permission).

3. Server log files (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR)

On every page request, the hosting provider automatically records: URL accessed, date/time, data volume, browser type, IP address (anonymised after 7 days). No merging with other sources.

4. Cookies and local storage (§ 25 TTDSG)

Only strictly necessary cookies are used. No analytics, marketing or tracking cookies.

5. Contact by e-mail (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR)

When you contact us by e-mail, your name, e-mail address and message content are stored for processing purposes. No disclosure to third parties without consent. Data deleted after final processing.

6. No disclosure to third parties

No disclosure, no sale, no transfer to countries outside the EU/EEA. All data stored on servers in Germany/EU.
